I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. I am a homeowner on the Sunshine Coast, so I had 6 weeks to get tenants in there and rent a place in Brisbane! That is a tight dealine for anyone, let alone in a rental crisis! It was definitely humbling going from being the homeowner to the renter. There were always between 70 130+ applicants for every property. I found I would always get to the top 3 candidates but then miss out. Of course I was disheartened every time this happened, but Steve genuinely listened and reassured me I would find somewhere. I can't tell you how much I appreciated having someone in my corner during such an intense time. I ended up getting a place through another agent, but greatly appreciate the support as it helped keep me sane throughout the process! I think what really sets Steve apart is his care factor and personability. This is highlighted by the fact that even though I didn't get a rental through him, he is still offering to help out other friends who are struggling in the rental crisis. I would hesitate to recommend Steve whether you are the homeowner, the home buyer or a renter. Steve clearly understood the market. We were initially wanting to sell in late 2021 but the area was slow and prices low, basically only able to list a little above the build price. Six months later Steve said it was good for us as the market had improved for sellers. We had an much higher than expected offer a day or so after listing, and whilst the sale fell through,Steve had another offer within a few day - higher again. He then negotiated with the buyer to increase the sale price further.

Could not recommend highly enough. Everyone is friendly, quick and easy to communicate with. Anything we have needed has been arranged in 24 hours or less with an entry notice always given well in advance. Thank you so much Tegan, Kelly and Sam!
